Watch Fmovies. Detective Mortensen is certainly not the sharpest tool in the shed, but despite his obvious incompetence, he is assigned to track down a group of drug gangsters. Nothing good comes of it. Only coincidences and extreme luck keep the investigation on track, even though Mortensen's highly questionable methods constantly threaten to ruin everything.
